Recruiters posting jobs on reed.co.uk using our Guaranteed Response service now benefit from double the number of CVs.
We've made an upgrade so that jobs posted via the service now carry a guarantee of ten responses.
The change comes in response to the ongoing success of the product since its launch in November last year. Guaranteed Response jobs currently generate an average of sixteen applications each, so boosting the guarantee to ten responses is an excellent way for us to enhance the service.
Guaranteed Response is designed to give recruiters a relevant and timely response to their vacancies: if at least ten CVs aren't received via direct application during the first week, we'll make up the difference with access to our CV database of over 1.3 million candidates.
We believe Guaranteed Response offers the most demonstrable return on investment available in the online recruitment market today. Not only does it give recruiters the assurance of ten CVs for their vacancy, but it also significantly undercuts the cost of other, less sophisticated job posting services.
